Who We Are

Our Vision & Mission

Next 2 Nature Adventures was founded to support Veterans and First Responders through outdoor adventures, shared experiences, and community.

Those who serve often carry more than most people ever see. The stress, the responsibility, the long days—and sometimes the long nights—don’t just turn off when the uniform comes off. We believe one of the most powerful ways to reset, reconnect, and heal is by stepping back into nature alongside people who understand the journey.

Our mission is simple:
To bring Veterans and First Responders together in the outdoors to build connection, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Through guided adventures, hands-on outdoor experiences, and time spent in the field, on the water, or around a campfire, we create space for conversation, reflection, and camaraderie. No pressure. No expectations. Just real experiences with real people.

Next 2 Nature Adventures isn’t about escaping life—it’s about strengthening it. It’s about reminding those who serve that they’re not alone, that community still exists beyond the call, and that purpose can be rediscovered one adventure at a time.

Whether you’re seeking connection, support, or simply a place where you belong, you’re welcome here.

Meet Our Team

Michelle Frasier

President & Co-founder

Army National Guard Officer

Air Force Veteran

I live in Central Texas on 12 acres with my husband, who is an Army combat Veteran, and our two children. I enlisted in the military in March 2009 and now proudly serve as a commissioned officer in the Texas Army National Guard. My military career has shaped my leadership, values, and commitment to service, both on and off duty. I am passionate about helping Veterans and very excited to continue that service with Next 2 Nature Adventures.

Mark Dornbusch

I am a retired Command Sergeant Major (CSM) with over 20 years in service. I have extensive leadership experience and a lifelong commitment to training and mentorship. I'm also an avid outdoorsman and passionate about helping Veterans and first responders reconnect, heal, and thrive through purpose-driven outdoor adventures.

Debbie Eoff

Proud military supporter

I am a retired banker and live in central Texas with my husband. We have 3 children and 8 amazing grandchildren. I have always supported our men and women in uniform who include my brother, all 3 children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandson, and nephew. I'm looking forward to continuing that commitment with Next 2 Nature Adventures.

Army Veteran

I am a retired Army Officer with more than 20 years in service in both active duty Army and the Texas Army National Guard. I retired from the Texas Army National Guard in 2017. I'm an avid outdoorsman and started hunting with my family at the age of 5. I love all outdoor pursuits and particularly enjoy hunting , hiking, and fishing with family and friends.

Adventure Guide

Marine Corps Veteran

I served in the Marine Corps for 8 years, gaining valuable experience in life and camaraderie. After transitioning to civilian life, I now work as a programmer for a manufacturing company. Outside of work, you can usually find me hunting or playing golf.  My favorite flavor of crayon is strawberry (it's what I'm daydreaming about in my photo).
